药不是这样单个记的，先分系统，呼吸，循环，消化，泌尿，血液，代谢，神经，解热镇痛，变态反应，抗微生物，抗寄生虫，等等。然后功能，像呼吸有止咳，祛痰，平喘，循环有抗心律失常，心衰，心绞痛，高血压，等等。然后作用机理，比如高血压，有β受体阻滞，钙拮抗，ace受体抑制，血管紧张素受体抑制等等。到了这一层同类型很多药名往往是相同结尾了，如β受体阻滞就olol(洛尔），钙拮抗就dipine(地平），acei类就pril(普利），arb类就sartan（沙坦），等等等等。

1.哪本书2.哪里找到分析思路。 例如COPD会oxygen低， rr,p,bp高， T高。 是因为氧气低身体需要更多的氧气所以心跳加速即p高，呼吸加速即rr高，导致bp高。 高T是因为inflammatory。 还是其他思路？？？还有这种病对应的这种病人的正常vital sign又是什么个范围？ 怎么区分他的vital值是他的正常值而不是deteriorate?
