我刚刚签好个合同，但是不想买这个房子啦。现在有3天的cooling off period, 怎样在这三天没取消合同。
1. 合同上写有：to end this contract within this time, you must either give the vendor or the vendor's agent written notice that you are ending the contract or leave the notice at the address of the vendor or the vendor's agent.
2. 我是不是要写个什么声明？如果要得话，有什么模板吗？
3. 还有我需要找律师办理这件事情吗？
