DO you use them at the same time, or separately, how often use them in a week ?

i use them together, once a week or twice a week.
I think you can try it once, if it's good on you, you can use in this way, otherwise, use them seperately. Different people have different ways.

看你皮肤是不是很强壮，强壮的话一起用都没关系。敏感皮的话最好分开做。频率根据自己皮肤调节。
