I am planning to buy a land which has not titled yet. The owner only paid 10% deposit to the land developer so far.
If I buy this land through agent, what is the procedure?
Agent tole me that there is only one contract between the previous buyer and I and I won't sign any contract with the land developer.
And i was asked to pay full amount of the land to the buyer.
The risk is if they don't pay the rest to land developer when the title due date. What will happend to me?
Any solicitor / convenycor recommended?
