Assistant to Mortgage Broker Full Time

Mortgage Express Australia is an established business in mortgage broking working with a high level of repeat clients and customer referrals to new clients.

The position will entail maintaining the relationship with customers and lenders to continue the high standard to clients using our services.

Ensuring applications for finance are completed to industry regulations and monitoring the progress of the loan to meet approval and settlement dates will be an essential part of the role.

Suitable applicants should preferably have bank lending, broker or broker assistant experience with a proven background in processing finance applications.

You need to have skills and abilities to:

Work honestly & ethically
Be self motivated
Work independently
Prioritize your work while being proactive
Show attention to detail and accuracy
Maintain and update a client database
Show friendly personal customer relations
Be familiar with Applyonline (a big advantage)
Type and be computer literate in Word, Excel, Google Apps and Outlook   
Complete calculations
Put marketing initiatives together
Be reliable and punctual

* This Permanent Full Time role will begin on a casual pay basis for the first 3 months.
* Glen Waverley location, Free parking  available.
