Cycle Link Group is the overseas purchasing arm of a leading Chinese paper manufacture Ji An Paper (Click on the link to visit website) We have 3 paper mills and 7 printing and packaging factories across China, together completing a value chain from raw material sourcing, manufacturing and finished product printing and packaging. In 2011 our capacity reached 1.75 million ton and had a turn over of 2 billion USD. With 3 more paper machines expected to be completed by the end of 2012, our annual capacity will grow to 3 million ton, which will effectively put Ji An Paper as the 3rd largest paper making group in China.

With its head quarter in Los Angeles, Cycle Link also has purchasing offices in various other states in US, UK, Netherlands and Japan. Cycle Link Group has purchased and exported over 3 million metric ton of waste paper globally in 2011. Our target this year is to source and export 3.6 million metric ton of waste paper.

Cycle Link Australia has been trading since March 2012, as we successfully establish ourselves in the Australian market, we are now seeking a qualified individual to join our energetic and fun team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the below skills and qualities:

Able to speak and write fluently in both Chinese and English
Attention to details, as a careless mishap could cost us a fortune
Ability to apply logic to your daily work, organise them in order of priority, this is essential to be able to cope with the heavy work load
You must be a competent computer user, Microsoft Word and Excel in particular, they will be your friends day in day out

The below will make you stand out:

Experience with containerised cargo transport work flow in Australia
Experience with Export Declaration with Australian Customs
Experience with 1-Stop interface
Experience with Letters of Credit, Bill of Lading and other essential documents typically involve with international trade.
