糊涂了，其实想问的是leave reconciliation
payroll看多了都晕了。。。
我的理解应该是leave system和payroll system之间的Recon吧。。。

Only guess...

If it is for general ledger recon, then for example, total payroll gross salary should agree with the add up of wage account net activiy total, total super should agree with the add upf super account net activity total.

if it is for payroll tax, then the lodged annual total wages (including gross wage, super, fringe benefit ets) should agree with GL total.

if it is for BAS lodgement, then the total PAYG should agree with the GL PAYG total.

还不懂怎么加分，先打白条吧。。。
没学到leave recon的东西，但是学到了payroll的东西，十分感谢！

Leave reconciliation每年auditor来之前都要做好的吧？ 不就是把leave record从payroll system 里面印出来，然后做一个reconciliation,看看这一年的payroll所做的leave payments对不对吗？以及核对一下每个人名下的ending balance是否正确。不过你也要上一年的beginning balance.还需要员工请假的记录。有时候会查出来某个员工少做了一天的sick leave, 要补上，等等。公司员工多的话就一个月做一次嘛，少的话，就三个月一次，一年一次咯。我们公司是有自己内部的leave record spreadsheet的，所以我们每次都是把payroll里面的记录和spreadsheet上面的做比较。如果都是用MYOB,那就太简单了
