The HomeBuilder Grant is only available to individual applicants and couples. If you are applying as an individual applicant, you must be the sole owner of the property, as listed on the certificate of title. If you are applying as a couple, you must both be listed on the certificate of title (and no other persons or entities may be listed).
If you are both listed on the title you would both need to be Australian citizens to be eligible.
