大家好，今天收到移民局关于父母143交第二笔款和要求申请人出境的邮件。在邮件中有这样一段话：
All applicants who are in Australia are required to make arrangements to depart Australia within twenty eight (28) days of the date of this email.
Within seven (7) days applicants are required to provide a scanned copy of their departure arrangements from Australia to the Parent Visa Centre.
Applicants should allow a minimum of three (3) working days for a visa to be granted following departure from Australia.
关于这个有几个问题想请教大家：
1.请问这是要求在收到邮件的7天内就要把出境的机票买好，然后把行程扫描发给移民局吗？
2. 所有申请人必须在收到这封邮件的28天内就离境吗？
3. 邮件说在离境后要留至少3天时间给他们批签证，那一般他们是要多少时间批呢？如果我们出境一周时间够吗？不想出境一周再回来的时候签证还没批下来。
