Week 10 Group Session
***Black Jack *** (21 sets + 21 reps)
○1-○21: Squats/Push ups/Burpees/Bicep curls (L) /Jump squats/Mountain climbers/Plank rotations(R)/Crunches/Left lunge/OH press (L)/Caterpillar walkouts/Donkey kicks (L+R)/Right lunge/OH Press(R)/High Knees/Plank rotations (L)/Leg raises/Bicep curl(R)/Jumping jacks/Push /Squats
Cable rowing 100m/person, plank 1 min.
***Your Choices*** (20’ workout + 10 rest)
○1-○8: Push up/High knee/Jump jack/Moutain climber/Jumping lunge/Squat jump/Starfish crunch/Burpees.
Walk to the front door, and returns.
