上面只是说在YOUNG BOYS的时候不要故意翻开洗，但是到底是到几岁呢？
长大了肯定要翻开洗，不然藏污纳垢绝对不是好事。

我专门咨询过GP， 她竟然说连扒开洗都不用，更不要说割包皮了， 说尿的时候不痛就没问题，为什么要去割包皮，为什么要去洗。。。我现在就任由小孩自己搞了，洗澡时候想洗洗就洗 不洗我也不说他。

看过一视频，非洲的一群孩子集体手术，大人后面扶着身体捂着脸，小孩站前面包皮打孔用绳子拉长，放在一个树干上，用类似西瓜刀的东西放在包皮上，上面的锤子铛的一声，手术完成，再用两颗小木棍夹住即可，估计是免费的，也不用保险。

这个是包茎了，这个一定要治疗，因为尿垢会积累在包皮内部，孩子很痒。

每天晚上洗澡之后用手向后剥包皮，一两个月就能剥开，孩子会有点痛。

或者taobao买一个 包皮扩张器

搜索：“爱阔尔达包皮扩张器家庭干预温和版扩度5*5毫米2-10岁儿童不鼓包”

By the time a boy is 5 years old, his foreskin is usually fully retractable. Up to this time, wash the outside of the penis with warm water. Pushing your son's foreskin back too early can damage it and cause scar tissue to form.

好奇怪哦，国内不管中医西医都说需要翻开洗，但是我没问过是从几岁开始翻开洗就是了。
因为包着的情况下龟头及冠状沟是处在阴暗潮湿的环境， 一是容易滋生细菌，造成龟头炎；二是容易聚集分泌物和沉淀物，形成包皮垢，在长期包皮垢的刺激下易形成龟头皮肤的病变。
这个基本是常识吧应该，不知道你的这个GP是什么意思，呵呵。

我也觉得我儿子长，还红红的，他现在经常喜欢玩弄自己的JJ,怎么办，可能一开始是痒，现在不知道了，好像挺享受的样子。3岁。

随便你怎么认为咯，你觉得哪种是对的就是对的。我只是听医生的而已，即使上面有位TX也列出来英文的文献，到男孩青春期的时候需要天天洗。不过你要认为这种说法不正确那就一笑了之了嘛。
