Mornington 5月份将举办International Cool Climate wine show

Welcome to the 11th International Cool Climate Wine Show, sponsored by Mornington Peninsula Shire and Mornington BMW.
For more than a decade now, we have been successfully promoting the grape varieties and wine styles of cool climate regions and are planning a bigger and better event for 2010.
The judging dates for this year have changed – 18th & 19th May in the prestigious Gunnamatta Room at the Mornington Racing Club, with the public tasting and Awards Presentation dinner at the same venue.
An invitation only tasting will be held for sommeliers and wine buyers also at the MRC to promote cool climate wines to the industry.
The entry booklet for vignerons will be mailed in February with entries closing on the 30th April.

The public tasting on the evening of Wednesday 19th May, sponsored by Luigi Bormioli, affords an excellent educational opportunity for those in the industry to compare over 600 entries from cool climate regions. You can reserve a ticket using the entry form in the booklet.
A feature of the wine show is always the Awards Presentation Dinner on Friday 21st May sponsored by Mornington BMW and Federal Hotels, in conjunction with Peninsula Bulk Meats.
The dinner this year is being specially planned and presented by Wise Choice with a menu showcasing Peninsula produce.
The public tasting and dinner are being supported by Mornington Peninsula Gourmet, which will be represented at both events.
The Red Hill Show will be held on Saturday 27th March at the Red Hill Showgrounds, with the Red Hill Show jumping on Saturday and Sunday 10th & 11th April at Treehaven Equestrian Centre.
