求救，nas疯了- Qnap的解决方案来了，但是来不及了

不懂，进来安慰一下楼主。自从上次iMac格式化我的移动硬盘又努力修复后，现在我用2个移动硬盘备份重要数据。

各位大侠，qnap终于提供了一个解决方案。
但是现在我已经不能进入web GUI， 也不能通过ssh登录了。
我不知他们的解决方案是在做些什么。请帮我分析下，我能不能这样：

先关机（看起来nas并不是在充足阵列）
然后将所有硬盘取出
然后开机，如能进入系统，按照他们的方案执行，
如果不行，我也不知道。。。

qnap方案如下
1.    Replace the apache config as default by the foolowing instruction.
2.    Reset the “ssl secure certificate & pricate key” (see the attached screenshot)
3.    Reinstall the firmware.


Instruction of recovering the default apache config.
1.      Replace the apache.conf that under /mnt/HDA_ROOT/.config/apache
2.      Replace the apache-dav.conf, apache-msv2.conf, apache-musicstation.conf, apache-photo.conf and apache-ssl.conf by default cocp nfig.
3.      The default apache config is stored under /etc/default_config/
4.      Then reboot the NAS and reinstall the firmware.

Command:
a.    Replace the default apache files to current system config.
b.    Replace the default apache file to current apache directory
c.     Replace the default apache files to extra/ directory
d.    Replace the default apache files to original/ directory

Reboot and then reinstall the latest firmware.

It looks like f/w upgrading failed and system stucked at processing apache cycle.  Guess that why support asked to reconfig apache.

问题是我现在已经无法用ssh登录，也无法进入网页管理界面了。所以才想到重启试试。

知道你现在不能ssh了, 他们不是让你关机重启吗?

firmware upgrade 已经 fail 了, 也没有在rebuild array 之类, 重启吧, 按照他们给你的步骤, good luck ! :)

估计是一个硬盘坏了，但没有完全坏，所以不停地resync Raid5。当IO任务过重时，系统会特别缓慢，导致SSH都进不去，若当初你能SSH到shell时，用top就知道是啥问题了。

断电应该没啥问题，不知道Qnap的设计，但应该是用Ext3或Ext4， journaled是不怕断电的。你还是Raid5，断电更没问题。试想你若遇到Black out，那Qnap难道会丢失数据不成？

终于恢复了。
这玩意还真不好弄。
这两天上Qnap网站，发现这个固件的升级版是beta的。关键是，系统竟然自动提示是否升级，当时哪里想到要去查一下是不是稳定版，想都没想就升了。
教训。
