Where are you going on holiday this year?

Last month, I went to Thailand  on holiday.
Thailand is a small country, I spent three days in Bangkok and four days in pattaya.
The sea view  isn't beautiful than Australia.
There are a lot of fruit, Durian, Papaya,Mango,Pineapple, Dragon fruit, Watermelon and so on.
Thai food is very special and heavy taste.
The fruit and food is very cheap there.

The speed of Australia is fast，Not a lot of lights,
the right rudder left line....
Different rules make driving uncomfortable.

Agreed.if you are alone,and lovelorn,never ever go there.it would make you feel you are the saddest man in the world.Your heart will be frozen into ice by the cold metal Eiffel Tower.

It's worth evey penny of it.

Nigel is our new next-door neighbour.
He's a pilot.
He was in the R.A.F.
He will fly to New York next month.
The month after next  he'll fly to Yokyo.
At the monent,he's in Madrid.
He flew to Spain a week ago.
He'll return to London the week after next.
He's only forty-one years old.
And he has already been to nearly every  country in the world.
Nigel is a  very lucky man.
But his wife isn't very lucky.
She usually stays at home.

That o'lock's ten minutes slow.

return 动词，返回，往返
这个单词我们经常用到，比如我们订往返机票， return ticket 或者说 round trip air ticket。
train 名词，火车
Platform 名词，站台
Plenty  名词，大量
Bar 名词，酒吧
station  名词，车站，火车站
我们常用的公交车站，the bus stop，或者，bus station。
catch 动词，抓住
常用的 catch a cold ,感冒
miss 动词，想念，错过
前面有一课，说邻居是个好人，他搬家了，我们会想念他的，就是用的这个单词，miss.
这节课，George and Ken 由于火车站的表慢了10分钟，错过了8点19分回伦敦的火车，也使用了miss。

不是每个词或短语都能听明白，
有点郁闷。
我现在是先听几遍课文，再逐句听，不知道这个方法对不对？

学好英语或者说能讲好英语，听力是关键。

不能急，只能慢慢来。

建议你下载2UE或3AW的APP。有空多听听，对你提高听力会有帮助。
