上周三在ebay买了个Powerbeats 3 wireless耳机， 是墨尔本卖家描述是新货从未使用过, 海外进口所以没有原装盒子； 但见图； 不相信是真货，但使用正常； 是否应该要求卖家做些赔偿？ $129买的， apple店卖$259
而且上了淘宝看到有不少这种没有原装在卖，售价300多人民币； 不知道是否从国内进货拿到ebay卖的中国人；
卖家回复：
Hi sorry to hear that as I said it was sent by mistake by packing person for sure you can have full money back.
Now let me know what you would like to do I can send you replace one what was your order 100% guanine you can check it online at beats website or full refund for full refund you can go to order details and send us return request after that we will accept your request shortly you will going to receive return postage sticker you can print that and send it back without any cost when you send it provide us tracking number we will give you full refund straight away.
Or another way just you can send it back to us keep the receipt and send us screenshot of that after that we will give you full refund + postage cost.
