这个“per KB”还好，比较精确。
Excess Data Rate: $10 for extra 1GB blocks
(charged per GB, rounded up to the nearest GB)
这个是不是意味着，一旦超了，就要多花10刀，也就多了1GB可用？
Charges for Excess Data:
Example of charges:
1. 1MB excess data: We will charge $10 out of your Prepaid Balance which will give you an extra GB to use for the billing period
2. 1001MB excess data: We will charge another $10 out of your Prepaid Balance which will give you another extra GB to use for the billing period
是不是可以这样理解：一旦发现超了，就爽了 --- 多了1GB可用，反正10刀已经被扣了。
另外，Included Data charged per KB；
那Excess Data 也是每KB计量么？
