Need some expert advice on this.
A and B own property 1 worth 1 million (land value). A and B own 50% each
A and B and C own property 2 worth 2 million (land value), A and B and C own 50%, 40% and 10% each.
A and B will have client ID 1 paying land tax for the land value 1 million.
A and B and C will have client ID 2 paying land tax for land value 2 million.
The question is --- how about A, B, C individually, for example, will A have another client ID 3 and pay land tax for land value he owns individually 1.5 million (1 million X 50% + 2 million X 50%)?
