急问，关于租房合同，是要把自己的自住房出租，在线等啊，中介马上要来了，才看到下面的话

the landlord appoints the manager for the initial term of 12 months

this agreement continues thereafter for the same peroid after each term or until the first to occur;
where acting as manager, it is terminated by the landlord not less than 12 months prior written notice;
the manager gives notice(without cause) that it declines to continue to act as manager

合同签的是12个月的，是不是合同到期自动续约了，但是要提前12个月通知manager? 这个看不明白，我怎么提前12个月通知中介终止合同啊？
manager可以随时无理由就终止合同了
