怎么办理相关手续 是办那个 power of attorney吗 去驻澳大利亚的美国使馆办理 还是随便找个国际公证律师就可以? 谢谢

There is a marketing company called Invest USA who can help Australian to invest in US.
They are chasing me for awhile, provide me a lot of info. However, I have not decided yet.
There are a lot of opotunities there but also have a lot of trap.
You may need to open Limited liability company in US, open bank account, sometimes it is difficult to get finance. Need US accountant (US Taxation) and lawyer (settle transactions), Each state have its own law to be familiar. Finding an agent is important as realestate agent in US is different to our local agent who can handle everything (collect rent/repairment).  Finding a right house at right area is also important. Then is find a right tennant as you are buying investment property, etc.  
The bottom line is that it is going to cost you money to remotely control the property investing in US. If you are not going to invest substantial amount of money, it is not worth an effort. (Note the holding cost is much higher in US, if you are not familiar with local law, a missing payment for the county could  lead to the lose your house there.

不需要吧。直接找一个那边的buyer's agent帮你出offer就可以了,不需要什么委托书,send一份signed off 的offer过去就好了。
