想了解下澳洲那家银行可以做转开信用证？需要对公司有哪些要求么？

3. Transfer L/C to the second beneficiary(ies)
If you are in a position of intermediary between the importer and the supplier of the goods, you may wish to consider using a transferable L/C to get the profit you plan to take, then require the importer to apply for a transferable L/C advised through BOC;
A series of services will be provided to you by BOC under transferable L/Cs, including advising the L/C to you, transferring it to the 2nd beneficiary(ies) as per your instructions, notifying you upon receipt of documents presented by the 2nd beneficiary(ies), presenting documents after your replacement of the documents and remitting proceeds to the 2nd beneficiary(ies) only upon receiving payment from the issuing bank.

转让信用证既复杂，也简单。
首先转让信用证不需要保证金的，但要银行愿意给你转，一般来说会转；
其次对于你公司及转让行来讲，风险不大，你公司肯定是中间商，风险在于真正出口商最终提交的单据是否符合信用证条件；
再次，你公司单据制作的水品直接影响到出口商能否顺利收到货款，当然也影响到你公司最终能否赚取差价。
