I just used JAK pest control, introduced by a friend. Report is very detail. You can call them to have a chat 96543933. $440 including GST.
The only thing to note is, the house we are buying is quite new, so not much findings. So I am not sure how they are with old properties. The inspector is Ok, I called him to clarify something, he explained very patiently.
