不知道你的面试完成没,我收到一个中介发给我的面试准备文本,发给你看看,临阵磨枪,不快也光。
Some dos and donts in interviews:
• DO dress well and appropriately
• DO be punctual. If you can’t make it on time, ring in advance
• DO fill out the application form completely and properly
• DO bring a resume with you – providing, of course, it is comprehensive and up to date.
• DO leave plenty of time for an interview. If in doubt, ask in advance how long the interview will take. It’s bad planning and unprofessional if you have to interrupt the interview to “feed” your meter!
• DO be prepared for the interview. You do yourself a great disservice if you can’t remember dates, positions held and academic achievements, etc.
• DON’T be discouraged if a great deal of interest is not shown in written references. These have been fabricated before and, I dare say, some will continue to try and fool interviewers. We have even had an experience where a verbal reference was totally fabricated by a so-called referee
• DON’T go on the defensive when you are being interviewed. Remember, the interviewer has probably never met you before and therefore knows very little about you. He/she has a responsibility to the client and so therefore, to do his/her job in a professional manner, the person needs to know as much about your work achievements and personality as possible. There is nothing more frustrating than interviewing applicants who answer in monosyllables. If you have something to say, speak up clearly and confidently - good communication is essential in most positions today
• If your interview is with a potential employer, do some research on the company. For example, obtain an annual report, product literature and check out their website etc.
investigations have also indicated that whilst interviewees feel they performed well in an interview where non-verbal approval was given, they find it difficult to specify that the reason for their satisfaction is due to the interviewer’s non-verbal behaviour.
Similarly, the applicant’s non-verbal communication is important in hiring or rejection decisions. Further investigations have shown that candidates who smile often, maintain eye contact, keep good body posture and keep smaller distances between themselves and the interviewer, have a much greater chance of being selected for the position.
我觉得 don't go on defensive 很重要,还有肢体语言,放松,开放的肢体语言容易赢得好的印象。
