- A brief summary of the story or the content:
   A little girl Sophi saw a giant ,  they talked so Sophie knew he would not eat her and he was the Big Friendly Giant, the BFG.
  And another giant came, this one is even bigger than the BFG, but not friendly at all. He called the BFG runt. then when Sophie barely survive the unfriendly giant , the BFG told her there was other nine giants they were all the twice big as the BFG.  and really want to eat humans. every night, they would gallop to the human world and eat humans as they slept. the BFG always gallopped to the humans and blew the dream he collected into the humans' windows.   One afternoon, the other giant yelled to the BFG, they would all gallop to England and eat people . BFG didn't he can help , but when Sophie heard it, she had a plan. she said BFG had to help her. at last they buried the gaints and saved England.

(a little girl Sophi couldn't sleep. she was an orphan in an ophanage. she looked out of the window and there is a giant. He Had a suitcase and long trumpet thing. but when he blew it , there was no sound came out. and when he saw Sophi, he opened the window and grabbed her. Sophi was still wrapped in her blanket when he tucked her into his pocket. then the giant ran. he ran over the mountains and when he met an ocean, he just jumped over it like it was a tiny river. when Sophi peeked out the pocket hole she saw never-ending mountains  and the sun blazing hot. the giant rolled a rock over and walked into a giant hole . they talked so that Sophie knew now this is the big friendly giant called the BFG. the trumpet thing was used to blow dreams he had collected into windows . they were talking as another not so friendly giant called ," come out , you runt, I smell a human bean inside. " what's a human bean. Sophie realized the other giant was coming. The BFG hid Sophie on a corner in a giant table. the other giant came inside. )


- What's your favorite part of the book? Why?
my favorite part of the book is when the Queen of England led the BFG to the ballroom, and the Queen's butler lay up some piano chairs and tables to make BFG a giant chair and table . the butler had to climb the table with his feet and had to carry BFG''s breakfast at the same time.  
and another part is when BFG said helicopters as belly popper . this made the army generals and other Queen's helpers angry. and the one of them said , he wanted a boom boom blow the nine giants up. and then BFG's idea was dumb ,and said, "boom boom boom , blow blow blow."
because they are very funny.

- What character do you like most/least? Why?
I like Sophie most , because she had great ideas and with the BFG they saved the world.

- Does the book engage your emotions, making you laugh or cry or think about it for days?
laugh and think about it for days.
