A festival of free activities??

In Lane Cove Sunday 11th October??

Furever Pets, Eukanuba and Lane Cove Rotary featuring Northern Suburbs Dog Training Club is hosting a free dog parade on Sunday 11th October and hopes everyone can join us to win great prizes and show off their best furry buddy.

It's free to enter - all you need to do is meet the team outside the Lane Cove Post Office at 9.40am ready to strut your stuff down to Pottery Green Show Arena to help Furever Pets celebrate the 275 animals that have found homes through the Furever Pets Corporate Foster Care Program, which sees 100% of each animals adoption fee returned to those on the front line.

Give your dog a chance to win best dressed dog; best doggie smile and most well behaved pooch.

Don't have a dog?? No problem!!

Prizes are also being given out to the person who dresses up the best as there favorite animal. You may even find your new pet at our event adoption tent or at our adoption dog parade featuring dogs from Blacktown Animal Holding Facility; Greyhound Rescue and No K*ll Pet Rescue.

There will be lots and lots of free kids activities, games, rides, shows and crafts so bring your picnic blanket and whole team along and join us for a fun day out on Pottery Green.

Other exciting activities on the day on Pottery Green oval -
Arena Shows filled with high energy fun displays throughout the day such as ' Agility' and 'Rally O' dog sports.

Renegade Cycles / Lane Cove Council Road Safety will be hosting fun family activities so bike lovers be sure not to miss this!!

Free microchipping; scanning, doggie dental checks and puppy massage sponsored by Lane Cove Council and Best Vet Care Mobile.

Rescue Resource will also be there, collecting pet-related items to distribute to animal welfare groups across NSW - please bring along items on the day.

Shinbukan Ninjitzu Martial Arts has an amazing interactive area which you can show off your best moves.

Kindi Farm will have a baby animal barn yard and will be doing a sheep sheering demonstration and country whip cracking.

Wheelchair Sports NSW will even be bringing along basket ball hoops and other fun sports games to enjoy throughout the day.

Everyone is welcome to join in.

Lots of great food, drinks and snacks to complete the day of fun.

With so many free and fun activities at this years Village Fair, stay for the whole day.
