被telstra charge了15刀的late payment fee，打电话去交涉并quote了Telecommunications Consumer Protection code:
(d) Credit Management Charges: not impose Credit
Management Charges unless the Charges are a
reimbursement of the Supplier’s costs and the Customer or
former Customer is advised of its amount or method of
calculation;
我认为15刀不能够代表他们的cost，他们的损失顶多是点利息，我才晚了几天，利率也太高了
并且欠100刀还是10000刀都是同一个fee，明显不合理
对方态度强硬，我已要求lodge formal complaint
大家有没有这方面的经验，可以要回来部分钱吗？
如果向TIO投诉，他们会管吗？
