How do I change my address?
It is important that you keep your Medicare address up-to-date. If Medicare does not have your current address, you may not receive important information which could cause delays in processing claims for Medicare benefits.
You can change your address by:
* calling Medicare on 132 011,
* attending a Medicare Office (a form is not required),
* post the address change to Medicare, GPO Box 9822 in your capital city (a form is not required), or
* using Medicare Australia's online services. |
