各位，Carnival Spirit邮轮之New Caledonia之行要在今年7月底才起航，
这里记载的是关于这行程的前前后后的所有点点滴滴，
这将会是婆婆妈妈，啰啰嗦嗦的记载，
不知为什么想起在这里发帖，
或许，因为这是我的足迹，

我把自己当成白老鼠了，从来没坐过邮轮，
所以，这是经历，不是经验，
各位TX有任何建议，见地，见识，见解，记住来顶顶，
免我少走些弯路，荷包少出些血，

有亲戚想同去，是中国护照澳洲PR，已肯定要办签证，若不是PR，相信亦需同样手续，具体的还没有时间细看，到办的时候，我也乐意放在这帖子里让大家分享。

选择行程，没有什么悬念，
翻了一下Sydney出发的船，环澳洲，去美国，走香港，很明显，没那么多时间和钱钱，
新西兰只有南岛的南半部没去过，但是想以后用脚步去欣赏，
所以，最感兴趣的，还是太平洋的岛屿，
锁定目标：南太平洋

船 公 司：经过一番搜索，只有P&O的Pacific Pearl/ Pacific Jewel/ 和Carnival 的Spirit由SYDNEY出发去南太平洋，而Carnival 的规模又比P&O的大thumbup:
出发季节：希望在Sydney 的冬季，可以避寒，
当地季节：干季是从4月到11月，每天平均气温在17到27℃之间。湿季是从12月到来年3月，气温最高可达到32℃。在湿季偶尔会有台风袭击。
          当然不想在台风和雨季的时候去，所以6,7,8月是我心目中的出发日期。
具体日子：没有小孩同去，当然要避开学校假期，省多些银两买酒喝
人    员：2个人似乎不够热闹，拉上另一对，一拍即合。
行程时间：超过10天，怕没新鲜感了，而且银两要花多些，10天内足够了
费    用：不超过1500大洋./人
经过再次细选，选定了Carnival 的Spirit在7月底的行程。

Tip 1, Carnival Spirit 每人可以带一瓶750ml的葡萄酒。船上的太贵。

Tip 2， DIY上岛一日游。船上的价格很无奈

Carnival Spirit 上网比较便宜。$60可以包10night的全程。不过因为是卫星传输，速度就一般。

先了解要去的岛船上一日游提供那几条线路，选一条最popular的，下船后和别人一起租车去。比如Port Vila, 租一辆带空调的15座VAN，不超过$200一天。如果通过船上订票去，一般是每人60-80。

去年刚在米国坐过Carnival glory Cruise，感觉还不错。

楼主，刚在法领驻澳洲的官网上看到这段：New Caledonia and French Polynesia (for stays of less than 90 days only) If you require a visa to enter New Caledonia and French Polynesia, please note that if you remain aboard the vessel transiting through a French port arriving from one country and travelling to another country, you do not require visas if you remain on board the vessel during the port of call.
意思就不需要签证了吧即便我们是pr? 不晓得有没有知道如果我朋友是中国护照来澳洲旅游的签证还需要法属的签证吗？
List of nationalities who do not require a visa to enter New Caledonia
New Caledonia: exemptions for short stay visa
Passport holders from the following countries (as well as from the European Union and the European Economic Area) do NOT require a visa to visit New Caledonia as a tourist, or for business visit purposes, for stays of less than 90 days within a six month period:

不好意思晚了：

依我理解，
第一段是指：就算是在需要签证的国家名单上，若不上岸的话（即呆在船上）也不需要签证。因未正式踏入法国海外领地。
第二段免签的国家和地区名单中，中国不在上面，（香港特区护照和台湾护照可免签）

在这里，也顺带说说这签证的事：

看过法领驻澳洲的官网，澳洲护照3个月停留不用签，中国护照不管有否PR，均要签证，（应该你的朋友也要）
网上要求，申请签证除备齐所需文件外，还要面见，
而要面见，就要先约时间，
而约时间，只能在网上约，
但上了它的网，就是无从入手约时间，
于是想打电话问问，录音电话老是圈圈，永远没有人接
于是去法国在Sydney的代办处（9AM-12AM开门，这鬼地方连大门也不让进，跟门口的说上网约不到时间，
回答说，可能系统在更新，要不断试，还把我轰走，晕死了，昨天又上网试了，还是摸不着边，
lz我现在还在发愁，幸亏还有时间。
签证所需的文件网上有列明，还没仔细看，好像要买旅行保险。

咋滴这么的麻烦呢。。今天又有一个朋友帮我了解了一下，他从一家旅行公司问道说是我们pr的不用申请签证，至于不是pr的就不知道了。。。楼主去问过旅行社了吗？打算有空也去下旅行社看看。。。

可法领是这样写的，曾在足迹看过一段，同样是旅行社说不用，可到头来还是需要，弄得很麻烦，明天找这段给你看。买票前一定要落实好哦

我和LG10天P&O Cruise 记录. 我们 通过旅行社BOOKING 了Executive Suite, 3700元/一个人, 因为LG没有拿澳洲护照, 当时问旅行社需不需要签证, 被告知不需要, 虽然三个岛是法属地. 可是当离行程还有2个多星期的时候, 突然收到旅行社的电话说需要去法国签证处办理签证. 我和LG 马上赶到QVB 后面的法国签证处, 填了表格排队交证件的时候, 我领略了法国人的傲慢无礼. 当问到什么时候可以拿签证的时候, 被告之3个星期左右, 我说我们还有2个星期就要出发, 能不能加快, 里面的办事人员说不可能, 你们为什么不提早来办理, 这是你们的问题. 我说我们问过旅行社他们说不需要任何签证, 但昨天又被通知需要签证, 所以我们马上赶来了, 希望他们可以提供帮助. 那个法国男人说最长签证审核需要1个月, 所以如果赶不上你们自己负责, 然后要求我们提供财产证明. 我当时有点火, 说我不是去巴黎, 只是去4个太平洋岛, 你的材料准备里并没有要求我们提供财产证明, 为什么现在又要了, 老公这时候打电话给我们买票的旅行社, 告诉我们面临的情况, 旅行社的人说让我把电话给签证人员, 他们和他说下情况, 我把电话给那个法国人说旅行社的工作人员希望和他说下情况, 被告知他不愿意和他们通电话, 你们现在就去补材料, 然后12点前送来, 要不今天就不受理了. 没办法我和LG 马上去NZ拿了份存款证明, 然后再交上去. 我再次和旅行社通电话, 希望他们可以更进.

   出发前4天终于接到签证处电话, 让我们去拿签证,

7月27的那班啊？9天？lz买的是啥舱位，几钱呀。。。

是啊,直接在网上定的，可以直接选房间。在6楼的8D，双人阳台房，是船的的上下前后的中间，1月中出的票要1307元/人，包100元船上消费，不知近来价钱如何了？可能有更便宜的，哈哈，亏了！

既然在看签证事宜，先将这一段关于在澳洲的申请人，申请New-Caledonia签证的资料记下：

REQUIREMENTS PER APPLICANT

1 Short Stay Visa application form duly completed, dated and signed

2 passport size photographs, with one pasted on to the form

Original documents + 1 copy of :

Valid passport (passport and Australian visa valid for at least 3 months upon return to Australia)

Information about your current occupation in Australia :
• If working: recent letter of reference from employer, bearing official heading and stamp, and signed by company representative. Reference letter from bank manager if self-employed.
• If studying: recent letter from the University attesting registration and attendance, bearing official heading and stamp, and signed by University representative.
• If a housewife: letter from your husband’s employer + copy of your husband’s passport + copy of marriage certificate (with official translation if not in English or French).
• If retired: recent letter from Centerlink or pension company, specifying pension rate.

Evidence of sufficient financial resources: recent bank statement (credit card statement not acceptable) with name of the account holder, last 3 payslips.

Accommodation document :
• If staying in a hotel: confirmed hotel booking issued by travel agent or hotel (confirmation by email not accepted). If staying in different locations, you must provide all bookings.
• If visiting family or friends: original of certificate of board and lodging (Attestation d’accueil) to be obtained by the host at his/her local Town hall (form Cerfa n°10798*02) and to be sent to you. We will not accept any copy or fax of this form.

Evidence of comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel itinerary or airline tickets issued by travel agent or airline.

If you travel as a family, you also have to provide:
• Marriage certificate issued by the State or Province Civil Registrar (+ copy). Documents issued by religious authorities will not be accepted.
• Children’s birth certificates issued by the State or Province Civil Registrar (+ copy). Documents issued by religious authorities will not be accepted.
• Parental authority delegation if either one or all of the parents are not traveling + copy of passport.

Application should be lodged in person at the Consulate-General of France in Sydney with all the requirements, in the order listed above.

If you intend to ask for your passport to be returned by post, please provide a prepaid, registered and completely filled out self-addressed envelope (preferably Platinum Express Post).

Visa processing fee : please see list of applicable fees

Important: only credit card will be accepted.

Processing time to obtain the visa : 2 weeks minimum for a complete application
