收到回信了,但是不知道会给我算成faulty还是change of mind
有点后悔网上购物了,其实邮费给不给我都好啦,只是不想再买ozsale的东西了,想把钱要回来,不想要Credits。 冲动是魔鬼啊。
Just to confirm - we will happily provide a refund onto your credit card if the item you received was incorrect or faulty, as well as cover the postage charge to return the item.
If the garments do not fit or you change your mind we will happily credit your Ozsale account (excluding the initial postage charge and the cost to return the item to us) which you can use for any future purchases.
To return a product please visit My Account and then My Returns and submit a new returns request.
Once your returns request has been received a member of our returns team will contact you with your unique returns number and our returns address.
Once the return has been received and evaluated, our returns team will notify you ASAP.
You have 14 days after the order has been dispatched to lodge a returns request.
