The Role
Due to continued growth, BluePrint Medical are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a full-time Assistant Accountant for an immediate start. As part of our close-knit team, you will play a crucial support role in ensuring the seamless operation of our accounting and finance functions.
In this broad Assistant Accountant role, you will enjoy a variety of duties designed to challenge and build upon your existing skills. Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
Credit control
Bank reconciliations
Processing timesheets
Processing invoices
Assisting with payroll
Processing creditor payments
Monitoring inbox
Ad-hoc tasks as required
Your Background
To be considered for this Assistant Accountant opportunity, you must possess the following:
At least 1 year in a similar role
Degree majoring in accounting
Attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel & Xero Accounting Software
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Full Australian working rights |
