This is a great opportunity for people who want to join a friendly team , working in freight forwarding /Customs clerance industry . responsiblity includes:
Coordinating Air Freight and Sea Import operations
Liaising with clients and providing high level customer service
Handling customer enquiries and requests for transport
Providing quotations as required
Liaising with overseas agents / offices to obtain rates and charges
Arranging Hotshot transport to meet strict deadlines
Tracking and tracing shipments and updating clients with expected delivery schedule
Registering freight shipments and processing related documentation
Ensuring all necessary documents are received from overseas offices to enable import shipment and clearances to take place
Liaising with air and shipping lines, and relevant government bodies
Ensuring that all creditor invoices are checked for compliance with agreed rates and approved for payment in a timely manner
Ensuring that all clients are invoiced in accordance with agreed rate registers
Company Location:Milperra, SYD
Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Salary: $36400-$46800 PLUS SUPER
