Assuming you don't plan to work when you return to Australia, there is probably not a lot of benefits that you can take advantage of.
Employer-related benefits
Depending on your Australian based employer, you may entitled to some paid maternity leave, but it's quite common that you must have worked at least 12 months at the organization. So even if you start straight away when you come back to Australia, you won't be able to satisfy the requirement.
However, if you have been working for an overseas office/branch of the Australian based company and you've worked a minimum of 12 months, you can probably choose to receive paid maternity leave here.
Commonwealth Government benefits
There is no such thing as the baby bonus now. But you may be able to receive paid parental leave (18 weeks at minimum wages $5xx) or newborn upfront payment and supplement.
1. Parental Leave
You must satisfy the eligibility criteria, e.g. have worked in Australia for 10 out of the 13 months before you baby was born.
If you've been in China for a while, you may not be eligible.
2. Newborn upfront payment/supplement
You must be eligible for Family Tax Benefit Part A at a rate greater than zero.
Again, if you have not been working in Australia or paid tax in the last financial year, you may not be eligible.
