朋友13年离开澳洲,委托我帮她办理退养老金,请问我该怎么帮她办理.

Your friend must meet a condition of release in order to access his super. Departing Australia is not on it's own a condition of release for Australian residents. So until he meets a condition of release his super will need to remain here in Australia in a complying fund. However, if your friend is a temporary resident, he shall be able to access his superannuation benefits when he permanently leaves Australia.
