我看的很清楚我合同上没有写 试用期不可以请病假。我和那个HR说了,结果他把我的合同拿出来看,说你看“Sick Leave: Ten (10) days paid sick leave for each year of completed service with the Employer which will accrue on a pro rata basis and will be cumulative, and taken in accordance with the Employers usual policies in respect of sick leave. Any absences from work on account of illness or injury, irrespective of duration of that absence, shall require evidence of the illness to the satisfaction of the Employer as a condition of payment of such leave. A medical certificate (except where mitigating circumstances/genuine reasons exist) must support a claim made for sick leave. In the case of an infectious disease, it is a requirement under the Health Act 1958, that you produce a medical certificate verifying your fitness to return to work.” 那个SB HR说要完成一年的工作才能拿病假(黑体字)。
会计和同事都说过完试用期就能请病假,可是合同没写这个。我也不知道找什么POINT和会计&HR ARGU,我觉得他们互相说的都很矛盾。 |
