Office/Operation Manager, based in Sydney
The Role
• Responsible for managing the full Office & Administrative and finance related functions of the company; including:
• Organizing and maintain office operations, including client invoicing and collection of such invoices and weekly/end of month reporting
• Book keeping of office expenses. Flexibility to implement your own set of system and processes in conjunction with finance team based in Singapore
• Liaising with all agents, suppliers, partners and staff
• Liaising with logistic partners for receiving and dispatching, as well as data entry for related expense, GST and Tax
• You will supervise the office related issues for Melbourne office and have one office and operation officer reporting to you
About you
To be successful in this exciting and multi-function position, you will ideally have:
• 3 + years Administrative experience with exposure to Accounting area;
• Bachelor of accounting or logistic or marketing would be advantageous (but not essential)
• Effective time management and organisation skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team work spirit;
• Exceptional initiative to think ahead and instigate new ideas;
• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks;
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin to liaise with associate.
