Nexty now is the biggest Chinese focused Design Studio in Sydney region, specialising in delivering branding design, website, graphic, ecommerce and full range of Design & IT solutions to some top brands of luxurious real estate and financial companies. We are now experiencing rapid growth and is positioning ourselves to capture even bigger market share and looking for only most talent designers to join the team.
To be successful in this role, you must have a stand out portfolio that showcases your wonderfully crafted and conceptual approach to design and branding. Logo development and creating brand identities from scratch will be a strong skill of yours.
You must be a solid designer who can hit the ground running, work autonomously from end to end and manage multiple projects at any one time.
Your portfolio will show your experience working on conceptual, creative campaigns within the property field. Experience with a similar agency would be highly beneficial.
Print design and website graphic design will be your strength, but you will have the fundamental knowledge of digital and understand its importance within design campaigns.
Skills and Experience Required:
-          Tertiary qualified in Graphic Design or equivalent.
-          Have a minimum 2 years’ experience creating and designing artwork.
-          You have the ability to operate seamlessly between a PC and MAC environment.
-          Posses an excellent command of the Adobe Creative Suite software (Must: Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign).
-          Experience with design for web, video and motion graphics preferable but not mandatory.
-          Have in depth knowledge of the design process from concept to finished art.
-          Have experience in liaising with clients.
-          Have excellent written communication skills.
-          Be able to work with deadlines
-          Be able to multi-task
-          Have high attention to detail

Responsibilities:
Working with teams at  front-end new web development through implementation and deployment.  Maintain and enhance existing websites. Working with internal or external designers to implement provided designs. Assisting in the development of world-class products on different web browsers and platforms such as - IE10+, FireFox, Chrome, Safari, iOS and Android.

Skills Required:
-         Web front end responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap or Media Query technology
-         HTML and CSS, latest versions HTML5 and CSS3
-         JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as jQuery etc.
-         Any previous experience working on mobile / tablet web applications would be highly advantageous.
-         Excellent communication skills are essential.

Experience Required:
-         Senior designer level skills, strong hands on web design, development & coding experience
-          At least 3-5 years of industry experience in design / creative / development roles
-          Ability to work closely with Developers, technology team and business stakeholders
-          Have excellent written communication skills.
-          Social media and social apps experience highly desirable
-          Demonstrated experience of Web strategy, information Architecture and usability design
-          Demonstrated experience of Mobile web development, Adaptive & responsive Design, Mobile Apps & Frameworks for iOS & Android
