目前，由于业务增长迅速，需要在墨尔本地区招聘一名售后专员/技术支持。

工作内容：
与供应商和公司客户对各类太阳能相关产品售后事宜进行密切沟通跟进，协调处理方案和一切相关细节。每日更新售后情况报告。
学习产品知识，了解行业规范要求，及时更新产品行业信息，定期给销售团队进行产品和行业信息培训。

岗位要求：
理工科背景，有一定的售后服务／技术支持工作经验，若有太阳能或能源相关行业从业经验者优先。
熟练流利的英语听说读写能力，英文交流能力。英语为第一语言者优先。
熟练操作Office Word， Excel， PowerPoint等常用软件，邮件收发，文件共享等。
需要有车，有驾照。
工作态度积极进取，良好的团队配合和沟通能力。
抗压能力强，勇于并乐于接受挑战。

公司会提供相关产品和业务知识的培训。

Position: After-sales officer/Technical support officer

We are one of the largest Solar Equipment importer and wholesaler companies based in Melbourne.
Our head office is in Sydney and we have established branch office in Melbourne/Brisbane&Townsville/Adelaide with 6 warehousing facilities nationwide. With rapid growth of our national distribution network, we are now seeking an After-sales/Technical support officer to join our professional solar team in Melbourne.

Responsibilities:
Keep close contact with suppliers and our customers to resolve after-sales issue with solar products
Follow up after-sales cases and generate daily report to management
Keep up with product knowledge, always willing to learn and improve
Have good understanding of industrial regulation, and make sure to keep sales team informed of any updated information.
Provide necessary new/existing product training to sales team

Successful applicant will have the following attributions:

Technical/Electrical background, have sufficient after-sale technical support working experience in the past (experience/background in Solar/renewable energy industry prioritized)
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (fluent in Mandarin is required)
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills with team members and also customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Must have the ability to multi-task and to cope with pressure
Must have drivers license
