Cosmopolitan Group Development is a property development company. Due to company expansion, we are looking for the right persons to fill the following positions.
Building Project Manager
You are required to coordinate and manage the following aspects of various development projects:
• Scouting for suitable sites for development projects;
• Coordinating various parties to obtain town planning permits;
• Coordinating various consultants, attending design meetings;
• Applying for building permits;
• Dealing with financial institutions, banks;
• Analyzing building proposals and selecting suitable builders;
• Monitoring the construction progress, in terms of quality and costs.
The suitable candidates should be highly organized, with great attention to details and you must be friendly, approachable, and enjoy working within a team environment.
For our potential customer market and daily operation requirements, you also need to be fluent in English and Mandarin, with standard speed in typing Chinese.
