我在办理我父母的143移民时对143的申请费有所疑问，希望知道的朋友可以帮个忙。
网上的价格表：http://www.immi.gov.au/fees-charges/visa-pricing-table.htm 搜索143可以看到143申请费有3种情况——分别适用于19b，19c和19d：
19b This visa is for:
an applicant who is the holder of a Subclass 173 (Contributory Parent (Temporary)) visa at the time of application; or
an applicant who has been the holder of a Subclass 173 (Contributory Parent (Temporary)) visa; and is the holder of a substituted Subclass 600 visa at the time of application; or
an applicant who has held a Subclass 173 (Contributory Parent (Temporary)) visa at any time in the 28 days immediately before making the application;
or an applicant whose application is combined, or sought to be combined, with an application made by that person.
19c This visa is for:
an applicant who:
has been the holder of a Subclass 173 (Contributory Parent (Temporary)) visa; and
provides the Minister with evidence that compassionate and compelling circumstances exist for the person to be considered to be the holder of a Subclass 173 (Contributory Parent (Temporary)) visa for the purpose of the application;
or an applicant whose application is combined, or sought to be combined, with an application made by that person;
19d This visa is for:
an applicant who:
made a valid application for a Parent (Migrant) (Class AX) visa before 27 June 2003; and
withdrew that application at the same time as making the application for the Contributory Parent (Migrant) (Class CA) visa;
or an applicant whose application is combined, or sought to be combined, with an application made by that person;
每种都要求申请人已持有173的签证。是不是意味着我要先申请173然后才能才能转143？相当头晕，谢谢指点。 |
