我刚刚收到 sydney grammar school -preschool的申请表，有些地方不会填,请教美女帅哥们:

1.calendar year of entry

我申请的是preschool,我儿子是2011年11月生的,怎么推算他什么时候能去上preschool?

2.class or form of entry

我申请的是preschool,这个地方是填preschool?

3. branch of school into which entry is sought( st ives, edgecliff or college street)

只有st ives 才有preschool?
