MELBOURNE东区诚聘Full Time E-commerce assistant（图像设计和网站维护）。 主要负责eBay网店和公司shopping cart 网站的产品更新，维护，销售和售后服务等。应聘者需精通图片处理（Photoshop & Illustrator等）。经常上传信息到Facebook and Twitter 。要有eBay实际操作经验，工作细心，负责。Computer science相关专业优先。详细描述如下，

Ideally the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
•        Great people skills
•        EBay service /sales experience essential
•        A willingness to learn
•        Must also have comprehensive computer skills such as Photoshop, Illustrator, FTP, C-panel and other tools
•        Website design, management and maintenance or relevant experience is preferable
•        A patient, friendly and helpful manner
•        Someone who is self-motivated and charismatic
•        Someone with a high attention to details

Duties include:
•        Taking photos and list items to EBay & our online shopping cart.
•        Processing of EBay & Web Orders
•        Follow up of customer enquiries & orders
•        Taking & confirming payment of orders
•        Picking & packing orders for collection & mail delivery
•     Writing message & feedback on Facebook and Twitter
•       Liaising with customers for order collection
•        Invoicing off customer orders upon collection
•        General Customer Service.
•        Liaising with sales departments and staff where required
•        Credits & warranty claims
