关于职业评估中的工作年限,谢谢

请教各位高人，老公程序员，工作2年了，想拿三年工作经验的分值，是不是要等到工作满三年再提交职业评估呢？还是现在就提交好？
     
     职业评估是否要确认工作年限，作为移民申请材料中的年限？

     职业评估如果失败了（包括复议），是不是就永远没有再申请评估的资格了。

     我们刚开始了解，什么都不懂，还望各位不吝赐教。

You will be awarded points if you have been employed for three (3) of the last four (4) years in an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL).

You must have been employed:

for at least 20 hours a week
in a paid position
at a skilled level in your nominated occupation or in a closely related occupation on the SOL.
Note: If you are using work experience obtained in Australia to meet this requirement, that work must have been undertaken while you were the holder of a visa authorising you to work.

Points awarded
The table below sets out the points available under this part of the points test.

Occupation / work experience Points  
If your nominated occupation is:

worth 60 points
and
you have been employed in your nominated occupation, or a closely related occupation listed on the SOL, for at least three (3) of the four (4) years before the day of your application.

worth 40, 50 or 60 points
and
you have been employed in any occupation listed on the SOL, for at least three (3) of the four (4) years immediately before the day of your application.

Not ture. you can still apply for it once you think you are qualified.
