请问大家做reference check 一般找谁

请教下大家，一般要求做reference的是不是都要经理做。 能不能让同级或者比自己职位低的同事做？ 或者你们会跟经理提前说好？

还有如果在没有拿到OFFER前就提前跟经理说，会不会不太好，比如后来没有拿到OFFER,还在公司干，会不会以后给小鞋穿？

your colleage is ok,better to be someone senior than you, of course can not tell your manager before you have an offer.

一般都是在确定拿到offer之后，再做reference check的把

还挺喜欢这种check reference的，逼你跟上家搞好关系啊，不会丢下一堆烂摊子

only personal senior than me is my manager , Other collegue in the team are all lower level than me. I do not want him be my reference in case I did not get the offer. what should I do?

一般正规的中介会要两个，一个可以是同级，一个必须是经理

reference check只是check 你简历的真实性，同级或低阶别的只要知道你是干啥的，就没啥问题把

如果reference check出问题了，中介会事先跟你沟通的把

In this case, it depends on your personal relationship with your manager, and the probability level that they offers your the job.If you think your manager would like to see you move to somewhere better, then discuss with him/her in private and ask him/her to keep it in private, take him/her out for a drink after you get the offer.(But sometimes even you have a really good relationship with your manager, it doesnt mean that she/he wont think you differently after the discussion. Or just put down someone you are supervising,but always manger would be a better referee.

The best way is to let the potential employer know that they can call your manager if they are really sure that the position is yours. Normally reference check is just sth in case.

我和其他经理都很好，就是不敢让直线经理知道。

之前要跟经历沟通 如果不找直接上司 一般老外会告诉你行不行 因为毕竟没有跟你在隶属关系下工作过
最好的办法还是直属上司 所以要用各种途径搞定他/她

这真的是很麻烦的事。

以前都是差不多要你了才要reference check. 现在的趋势是，选几个差不多的都做reference check再比较一下。甚至更有甚者，还没有安排面试，就先要reference check。靠
