在ap工作中遇到一些问题，还请各位高手帮忙解答

在一家公司做了ap的志愿者有快一周了，现在遇到好多问题，还请各位高人帮忙解答。

在creditor batch header上面有很多东西不是很懂

1 one off payments只知道是一次性付款，但是不知道啥时候需要用此项

2 credit notes只知道是欠款单据，但是不知道啥时候用此项

3 direct debits不知道是啥东西，也不知道啥时候用此项

4 automatic payment 只知道是自动付款，但不知道啥时候用此项

有时候看做ap的人圈1，有时候圈2，3或4，请各位高手能讲讲这几个的区别吗？就是这几个分别在什么情况下用。

还有，啥是payment run？啥是check run？啥是direct credit？还有ordinary journal和accrual journal的区别？

问了那个做ap的人，她脾气不好（经常向我发火），说话很快，听得不是很懂，而且很不耐烦。后来基本上不敢问了

还请各位高手指教

大部分用于 periodic payment processing.就是你在每一个星期付所有Vendor 钱时用的, 可以把要付的Vendor 打印出来, 并可以作出筛选..然后付

非常感谢啊，再请教一个基本问题啊，请问manual cheque和computerized cheque有啥区别啊？最终不都是要录入系统才能付款吗？难道manual cheque只用在纸上写好，拿去给经理签字就可以了？

I am not so sure about this question.

But my understanding is

manual chq means "hand write" the chq, small company draw the chq by "hand", no different with personal chq. Staff write details on the chq by pen, then sign it.

computerized chq: some medium-big company (also inc most bank chq) can use computer to "print" the chq, but computerized chq stiil need authorised person to sign by "hand".

Big company also needs manual cheque. In some rare situation, there is no time/chance to print a computerized cheque. Authorized people can draw cheque in favour of creditors.

direct debits - 银行按照事先签好的授权书 在约定的那一天自动从你们公司账上转账约定的一笔钱。不需要你们公司授权这笔转账。
