Strata Report显示房子多处漏水，求请教

最近在看一处APT，顶层，朝东。大体方面都还可以，但今天拿到Strata Report，发现有很多问题。 我列一些在这里。大家看看这些问题严重吗？房屋保险已过。

１）Water leak penetration issues in dwelling during heavily rain. (Response from insurer company: At the time of our inspection on 2 November 2011, there was no evidence of water leaking or penetration to the dwelling. We therefore are unable to consider this item as defective work)

2) Locate and report the source of the moisture penetration and water damage on the wall adjacent to the shower in the bathroom. Make good all existing finishes.

3) Properly secure the balcony sliding door frames, which move appreciably in high winds. Make good all existing finishes.

4) Investigate and eliminate the drumming noise in the laundry air vent that is apparent in high winds. Make good all existing finishes

还是别买了，你想买的这套漏水，估计这个小区别的单元也可能漏水，就算是你买的这套不漏水了，别的单元漏，你也一样要出钱的。apt就是这样，唉。

现在好多的apt都是漏水的，要想省事的，还是买townhouse还是house比较好

这个是9年旧的房子。

现在的apt很多还没盖好就开始到处漏水。

放弃吧，以后strata有的涨了

说句实话，这个结果还是可以接受的。3，4 基本不是问题。

1，2 这种情况对9年的来说，也还OK了。不算严重的，怕的是主体房子结构有问题，或有官司在身。

不爽的话，杀掉5千到1万左右的价格（在以谈好的价格上）
