请问大家,
计划下个月和老婆去新加坡 马尔代夫和泰国玩一圈.. 貌似泰国和马尔代夫都是落地签证. 但是去新加坡是不是需要事前在澳洲的新加坡大使馆申请好签证呢? 可以网上申请吗? 大概需要多久能批下来?

更新: 我那天问新加坡领事馆关于回邮信封的问题, 因为我和老婆一起申请一起邮寄, 所以问一下回邮信封需要一个还是两个.. 得到的回答是只要地址一致, 一个信封就可以了.
在一个问题是关于那个check list里面的关于机票的问题, 得到的回到是不需要一定事前买好, 但是最好是附上一张纸写上旅行的计划, 什么时候进入新加坡 什么时候离开新加坡 还有打算做的航空公司, 航线之类的.

You can include one return envelope for two applications.
Please note that you do not need to purchase a ticket. To process the application we do need to know the details of your travels, including the dates of arrival and departure. We also need to know the means of travel, for example, the airline. This can be written on a separate sheet of paper and included with the rest of the application.

Thank you for your email.
The Singapore High Commission recommends that Chinese visitors secure an Entry Visa before they travel to make their entry into Singapore easier.
Please kindly note that the Singapore High Commission cannot say whether VFTF entry to Singapore will be granted as that is determined by the Immigration Officer in Singapore.
CIS, PRC and Indian nationals who are in transit to or from a third country by air might be eligible for the 96-hour visa free transit facility (VFTF) if they are in possession of a valid onward air ticket departing within the next 96-hours. You will need to read the attachment to determine whether you meet the VFTF conditions.
Note: All transit passengers who satisfy the attached criteria are not guaranteed entry but are still subject to the discretion of Singapore Immigration Authority at the checkpoints. This officer reserves the right to refuse your entry for any reason.
If you do not meet these conditions or would simply like to make entry into Singapore easier, please kindly follow the guidelines below to apply for an Entry Visa for Singapore. This will need to be done prior to arrival in Singapore:-
· Fill out form 14A (can be downloaded from http://www.mfa.gov.sg/content/mfa/overseasmission/canberra.html >> Visa Information >> Visa application for Nationals for Assessment for Level 1 countries) and paste one passport size photo onto form 14A
· Provide us the original of your passport (must be valid for at least 6 months at the point of arrival in Singapore)
· A copy of current Australian visa if a visa label is not in the passport.
· Confirmed flight itinerary (Onward/return ticket)
· Self addressed envelope (Please speak to Australia Post or a courier company to arrange safe transport)
· A fee of A$25 per person by Money Order or Bank Cheque, please make it payable to "Singapore High Commission, Canberra". (If applying for more than 1 person, one Money Order/Bank Cheque of #of persons x $25 is fine)
· Contact details (mobile number / email address)
Minimum processing time is 4 working days (excluding delivery time).
