下签证前的第二比费用，按人头算。一个人$1795。

Payment of the prescribed full 2nd Visa Application Charge amount must be paid before a visa can be granted. The 2nd Visa Application Charge amount
can only be refunded in extremely limited circumstances, for example if the visa is cancelled before the visa holder enters Australia.
