I have never done this before as we don't have a company credit card so far, will have one soon. But my understanding of the usage of credit card by your boss should be paying bills or expenses. When you enter those bills in MYOB, if it is paid by his credit card, you should record it as paid by credit card. If it is expenses claim, you also record it as paid by credit card. Then you should have a statement of all credit card payment in MYOB. Then you just compare the statement of MYOB with the statement of your boss credit card from the bank and reconcil it.
You should set it up a credit card account like bank account in MYOB first. Creidt card reconciliation should be the same as bank account reconciliation.
