Receptionist/Property Manager Assistant Melbourne CBD office
We require a cheerful person to be the face of our business, that can work
in a busy environment has the ability to handle a fluctuating work load, has
an eye for detail, excellent computer skills and a friendly telephone
manner, flute English and Mandarin Chinese speaking. Preference will be
given to applicants that have a working knowledge of the real
estate/financial service industry.
This job role encompasses:
Reception relief and assistance
Typing and formatting outgoing correspondence
Accounts assistance (entering invoices, council rates etc.)
Coordinating property maintenance task, meetings and taking minutes
General office duties
Location: Melbourne CBD
Full Time Position
PR or Citizen only
$36,000 package plus Compliance Incentives
