For privacy purposes, we do not keep a record of where your data was used. On the bill, you will be able to see the date and amount of data used on your service.
I don't think that makes sense to me as a customer, and I think I do have rights to know where is my money going and why, so please provide the details which you calculated the bill amount from.
Please be aware that Virgin Mobile uses a digital network & the charges are correct. The usage was confirmed to have originated from your SIM card.

To avoid costly surprise charges, please ensure:
• Only you have access to the phone
• Activate the SIM PIN feature (check your phone manual for details)
I can confirm that I'm the only one using this phone and SIM card,and I don't think I did use such huge amount of data when I already kept in mind that only 20% data allowance left.
I've been having fairly negative experience with your services given the fact that no notification being sent in advance, the usage being increased abnormally during a really short period of time, and no transaction details being provided to convince me that I should pay this ridiculous bill.
If I still can't get any reasonable and sensible advice from you, I won't hesitate to go to any possible third party association or committee for further assistance with my case, since it has been impacting my normal life and work. |
