For the first seven days should consume:(前7天可以吃的食物有:)

6. Soy protein isolates (大豆蛋白)
7. Alcohol;caffeine, over the counter drugs (酒精,咖啡因,OTC药)
8. Mold (菌类)
9. Milk and cheese (牛奶和起司)
10. Skip vitamin, mineral and nutritional supplements (不吃维生素,矿物质和其他营养补充片) |
